  Laptops, smartphones, tablets, computers, and TV screens have become an integral part of our daily lives. Even before the pandemic, many of us were guilty of keeping our eyes glued to some kind of screen all day long. Now, with most of us still working from home, we are spending even more time looking at screens.   We often get so swamped in the work that we forget to blink. Many studies have shown that when we blink less while reading or watching a screen, then it leads to our eyes getting dry and irritable.
